How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the origin of the specific beauty brand.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been opened.
How can I check the manufacture or expiration date?
Most Korean and Japanese products use the format YYYYMMDD. Look for '제조' (Manufactured) or '까지' (Expiration) on the packaging. If you need help translating a specific date, our support team is happy to assist.
